Free Pet Loss Support Workshop to be held in February in Hyannis

Workshop is open to the community

Are you grieving over the loss of a pet or getting close to that time when you may have to make a decision to euthanize your beloved friend? Is guilt, denial, anger or depression preventing you from accepting this loss?

A Pet Loss Support Workshop for those having difficulty talking to family or friends, will be held at the Barnstable Senior Center on Tuesday, February 15 at 11 a.m.

The workshop is hosted by the New England Society for Abandoned Animals and Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod.  Barbara Nordstrom, LICSW will direct the workshop and provide techniques to cope and guide you through this difficult time.  The workshop is free and reservations are required to attend. Please call 508-862-4750 to RSVP.

This workshop is open to all.

The Barnstable Senior Center is located at 825 Falmouth Road (Route 28) in Hyannis.
